People’s School Tando Allahyar observed World Mental Health Day with great enthusiasm and impactful awareness activities. The event highlighted the importance of emotional well-being and guided students on managing stress in healthy ways. Students showcased creativity through posters, presentations, and a touching tableau on mental health awareness.
Teachers led engaging counseling sessions and helped students create “Stress Relief Boxes,” encouraging open communication and personalized guidance.
To promote balance and relaxation, outdoor games like basketball and football were also arranged — reminding everyone that physical activity plays a key role in maintaining mental wellness.
This celebration not only spread awareness but also inspired students to prioritize self-care, positivity, and open conversations about mental health.
