Empowering Youth Through Digital Inclusion – Dr. Zafar’s Vision at SACP

The Chairman of Taaleem Foundation (TF) Dr. Zafar Iqbal Qadir participated in a Meeting of the Society for Asian Civilization Pakistan (SACP), where he shared insightful perspectives on bridging the digital divide as a key pathway to youth engagement.
In his address, the Dr. Zafar emphasized that meaningful youth development in the 21st century cannot be achieved without digital inclusion. He highlighted how millions of young Pakistanis remain disconnected from modern learning and employment opportunities due to limited access to technology, infrastructure gaps, and unequal digital literacy.
He stressed that closing this divide is not only a matter of connectivity but also of empowerment. By providing affordable access to digital tools, fostering digital skills, and creating inclusive online platforms, young people can be connected to education, innovation, and entrepreneurship at both national and global levels.
The Chairman also pointed out that engaging youth through technology is essential to harnessing their potential for social transformation, economic progress, and cultural exchange. He called for collective efforts—between civil society, academia, government, and private sector stakeholders—to invest in sustainable digital ecosystems that nurture creativity, critical thinking, and innovation among Pakistan’s youth.
His remarks resonated strongly with the audience, reinforcing the role of organizations like TF and SACP in shaping a digitally inclusive future where no young person is left behind.
