On Thursday, February 12, as part of APM 2026, principals attended an engaging session conducted by Mr. Waqar Haider Awan, CHRS, a seasoned HR professional and leadership trainer with extensive experience in organizational development.
The session focused on strengthening leadership, enhancing communication skills, and mastering social media to support effective school management, staff motivation, and institutional branding. Mr. Awan highlighted the importance of visionary, solution-oriented leadership and clear, confident communication in guiding teams and achieving academic excellence.
Principals participated in interactive discussions and practical exercises, exploring ways to improve stakeholder engagement, foster collaboration among staff, and use digital platforms strategically to build the school’s positive image.
