Teacher Training Session on Bloom’s Taxonomy and Assessment Strategies Held at People’s School, Tando Allahyar

The Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) and Taaleem Foundation conducted a specialized training session on Bloom’s Taxonomy and modern assessment strategies at People’s School, Tando Allahyar, aimed at strengthening teaching practices and improving classroom assessment methods. The session was led by Mr. Noor Junejo, District Head SEF, along with educationists Ms. Tayaba and Ms. Ume Rubab, and was attended by teachers and school leadership.
The training focused on the practical use of Bloom’s Taxonomy to help teachers design assessments that move beyond rote learning and encourage higher-order thinking skills such as analysis, application, and evaluation. Emphasis was also placed on formative assessment techniques that support continuous learning and better tracking of student progress. The session reflected a strong commitment by both organizations to enhancing instructional quality and promoting meaningful learning outcomes for students in Tando Allahyar.
