The 37ᵗʰ Meeting of the Board of Directors of Taaleem Foundation was held on Thursday, December 30, 2025, at the Foundation’s Head Office in Islamabad. The Board reviewed governance and compliance matters, including the Foundation’s PCP certification evaluation and major audit findings.
The Audit Report for the year ended 2024 was presented and approved. Proposed changes to the Human Resource policies were also discussed in detail and approved to further enhance organizational effectiveness and accountability.
The Board appreciated the management’s efforts and reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening governance, transparency, and program impact.
