At TTC Kharan (Female Campus), the staff and management organized a meaningful DIY activity to prepare Complaint Boxes, which will be installed in all workshops. This initiative reflects the campus’s commitment to fostering open communication, transparency, and continuous improvement.
In addition, a mandatory Awareness Session on Complaint, Suggestion & Feedback was conducted for all trainees, trainers, attendants, and management. The session aimed to guide participants on the effective use of this system, ensuring that every voice can be heard and constructive feedback can contribute to the growth and betterment of the campus environment.
